How will I keep track of my order's progress when I submit an order?
MMO Gold will keep you informed of your order via e-mail.
You may also check our online order status page for live updates by clicking "My Account" on the top of the page. If there are any problems with your order, you will receive an automated email from us immediately.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
We try to deliver orders as soon as possible, but it may sometimes take up to 24 hours for us to process an order.
What should I do if I have placed a duplicate order by mistake?
Contact us and we will cancel the order and refund the payment as soon as possible.
Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
Send us an e-mail, we will try to the best of our ability to accommodate you.
Was my order submitted successfully? I didn't see an order confirmation page.
If you didn't see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. This happens when communication back to your PC is interrupted following your order submission. Please wait approximately 15 minutes and refresh your order status page in order to confirm whether or not your order was successfully submitted. If you still do not see it, please contact one our representatives online by sending us an e-mail.

How do refunds/credits work? How is a refund/credit applied?
Most credits will be charged back to the original method of payment within the refund period.
Approximately how long will it be before a refund is credited back to my payment method?
It takes us approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

All MMO Gold servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment. All backups are stored securely. Only personnel with proper credentials have access to these restricted areas.
All employees are updated with the latest information on our security and privacy practices.
No payment data (credit card) is stored on our servers at any time.
