The Herald Quas Flight Deck Cruiser comes with the [Console - Universal - Energy Gateway Controller], that can be used on all three Herald starships. While this console is equipped you can activate it to open a gateway that will rapidly replenish the shields of all nearby allies for a short time. This gateway is susceptible to enemy attacks, however it is fairly durable. This console also provides a passive boost to Shield Healing and Shield Hit Points.
